1. Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud and Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Select are different products. You can see the differences here: More informations here: https://kaspersky.antivirus.lv/business/en-small-to-medium-business-security.html
 2. Hello BrianE. With Kaspersky Security Cloud you have special exclusive features like:
Patented Adaptive Security. Adaptive security technology is bespoke by definition, responding to your lifestyle within the context of the ever-shifting cybersecurity landscape. The technology anticipates danger, advises you when action is needed and automatically updates your device settings when the need arises. Not only does it shield you from direct cyber-threats, it also reassures you that the things you care about are secure. Account based control. The service is tied to the subscription owner’s My Kaspersky account, rather than to a license. This means that security management features found in My Kaspersky allow you to configure your security any way you want. And if you purchase our Family edition, you become the master account holder – which enables you to share security with family members and friends. In this instance, every individual will have their own My Kaspersky account, and the solution will adapt itself to their personal needs and online habits. Platform agnostic flexibility. The service works on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. And if you need to manage your account from a shared device, it can be accessed through the My Kaspersky website. State-of-the-art innovation. The service is constantly developing. All the latest tools, features and technologies will appear first in Kaspersky Security Cloud.
3. Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. If there has been a price increase it means an increase in the quality of the service. I understand that it can be frustrating, but it means that there is a lot of work behind it, and it is positive.

 12. Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. Please provide us a GSI report, instructions: Click here to download the GetSystemInfo tool Extract the downloaded zipfile by rightclicking on it and choose "Extract all", the folder will be extracted to the same location. Open the created folder and run "Get System Info.exe" When finished a GetSystemInfo.zip has been created on your desktop Now open/extract it the same way you opened the first .zip and inside the new folder you will find another (smaller) GetSystemInfo.zip This is the one which needs to be uploaded to https://www.getsysteminfo.com/ and when finished you copy the link and add it to your post. Important!.....Please do all 4 steps when you make the GSI log. Do NOT add the zipfile, this is very very difficult to read so please add the link to the uploaded log, we just need the easy to read link from the webpage that opens when the log is finished.
