My PC was infected awhile ago with a trojan-type virus, which Kaspersky recognized immediately and stopped. Unfortunately it did not stop the virus from denying my administrative privileges and opening up the hidden admin account on my PC. To resolve this issue, I resorted to using a restoration software (Restoro) to help my restore some of the damage done by the virus previously mentioned. It resolved my issue, however, Restoro continuously pops up telling me that malware is detected in a couple of Kaspersky’s executable files - avp.exe, to name one I can remember. The malware detected is tr.dropper.gen5 or something similar to that.
