But normally you can mark all Updates and choose the delete downloaded Files Option this will delete the Downloaded files but not the shown Update in the Update Records.

Please try to add the used VPN Network in the Network Settings from KES Firewall and set it as trusted or work Network. If this will not fix the issue you can also add the VPN Client.exe File as trusted Application and check if the issue appear again.

Hello Chaser, NFR License is a different License for Free use not Trial it is like a Testing License for a custom Period more than 30 days like the Trial is. If you ask the Partner / Reseller they should know what this License is.
