Hello @Friend. Following the recommendations of Kaspersky Support I reinstalled Kaspersky Security for Windows Server. and recover the controls of my USB ports. Later I removed the product form startup menu with the option modify or remove of Kaspersky. Finally I restarted the server and the ports are working normally. Kaspersky team recommended this article: https://box.kaspersky.com/f/1e6bbcedd63c405bae29/ Note: I could do the operations from Remote Desktop, because a couldt’n access to server into safe Mode because in safe mode presented the same issue.
