Thanks FLOOD it works as I've now checked the correct box's.

It doesn't happen in Explorer, the links work, so It looks like it's an issue with Chrome/Kaspersky. So the only outstanding issue is the safe website window not showing. I am checking all the settings to see where that can be switched on or off. Thanks once again for your input

Thanks for your input FLOOD My system is running W7 and yes I'm using chrome. Get your posted picture of Private Browsing, Anti Banner and Keyboard. But can't get 'safe website' choice as in your picture If I allow 'data collection' for this site the links work.

I use hotukdeals for finding the odd bargain. Links posted by others on the site always showed the content of the link, but since installing KIS they now load a blank page. However they load okay if protection is paused. Does anyone know why this is happening or more importantly how to stop it happening?. Is there a setting that needs tweaking?

Do you know what version of KIS your running?

2, Then click additional 3.Click on Secure Data Input 4. Uncheck “show quick launch icon in data entry fields” and uncheck “Enable secure keyboard input” That's it the keyboard will no longer pop up. But just remember it was put there for the reason of security especially when banking on line for instance. It makes no sound and therefore cannot be heard by anyone listening in from outside etc, unlike your real keyboard which can be heard by hackers with the right equipment. Yes people can do that, through the glass in your windows. Hope it helps anyway

Thanks everyone for the responses I can now confirm why this happened and maybe it will be useful to others for the future. I was using TeamViewer to connect remotely to one of my laptops to install KIS. The installation was straight forward. But what I discovered is that when I went to Activate KIS the window froze. This was caused by TeamViewer itself as it apparently has some kind of issue with that final process. So having thought about it when I asked someone to Activate KIS when I closed down the TeamViewer session and was not involved, KIS went through with the Activation process with no issue. So I guess we all live and learn and now I will be forever aware of that particular issue. Hope this helps someone in future. Kind regards

Thanks for your input. I can't do what you suggest as no matter what you do with that window it is completely frozen, therefore no tab on it works.

Thanks for your response I will be contacting them tomorrow as I assume Sunday is a day off.

Have installed KIS 2019 on a W7 64bit PC. The product installs but when it gets to the Activation window it freezes and I cannot do anything with it except to close it via the Task Manager. When I reboot the PC the Activation Window comes up but it remains frozen. There are no conflicting products on the PC and I have tried a reinstall. I have a valid Activation code. Can anyone offer any advice on what to do please.
