If I uninstall Kapersky will this solve my problem?

This is a disaster! I need an urgent fix for this problem. I have lost access to all my attachments. I have thousand of emails. It is impossible to rename all the attachments. You have lost me as a client. I will uninstall Kaspersky after this problem gets fixed.
