From the image you posted, yours must be having the same problem. I believe it has to be corrected by Kaspersky.

Very simple,
You install the new version of Kaspersky PLUS and then put the serial that will work normally.

I think this is a very big delay, for anyone who wants to use the newest antivirus technologies on their computer.
With that, the Kaspersky team never gives a concrete and real answer, the answer always makes no sense or logic. ?

Is this the wrong forum for detection issues or is nobody interested in the fact that Kaspersky mobile missed a virus on Android...? OK maybe it isn't a real virus (Eicar testvirus) but again if other apps detected it why not Kaspersky?
As a long time user i am disappointed in the lack of interest.

Flood?+?To be able to identify the problem of the icon that does not appear:
I usually like the old icon, I went to about and typed the following command IDDQD and changed it to this icon that is in the image above: with that KASPERSKY does not show the icon in the context menu correctly, I believe it is a KASPERSKY BUG.
Because with the standard icon it appears normally. when i change it the icon disappears.
The problem found, hopefully Kaspersky fixes this problem.

- Which Windows version & build, refer: Find system OS?
- Please read two similar topics:

I installed Kaspersky PLUS activate with my KTS key and the password manager was not fully activated. It keeps saying it's free.

It's better than it was, but the truth of it is: Kaspersky should never have shut the door on all the KTS license holders, offering them nothing & forcing them to battle for a just outcome, for months.

Flood?+?I just think I should have looked favorably on KTS consumers who have more than 530 days of license, and given a bonus with an unlimited vpn.

Unlimited VPN Service is only for customers who purchase Kaspersky Plus or Kaspersky Premium license.
In your case, you have Kaspersky Total Security license, and you are activating Kaspersky Plus with it, which will not guarantee Unlimited VPN.

- Possibly a patch is waiting to be applied?
- Patches arrive silently?, they wait for 7 days/168hours; if the computer is not shutdown/rebooted & restarted, during those 7 days/168hours, the Kaspersky icon turns red.
- Has the computer been rebooted, in the last 7 days?
- Is there any information in Detalhes?

I updated the database in a few minutes the icon returned to normal.
Is it a bug in Antivirus, and as if the icon had frozen. -

There is no argument against facts. do a search for temporary files with ccleanner and kaspersky, CCLERANNER will find it much more garbage than kaspersky, look, I'm only talking about temporary files what I'm talking about is FACT, and it's already been tested.
Kaspersky please improve this search.
