  1. Friend, did you get any results, if so post a comment here if it was resolved, this is for the better experience of your friends who have this problem. Big hug.
  2. When you update to the new version of KASPERSKY PLUS, check as our friend Berny reported. And I came back here and made a post talking about the result. Thanks. πŸ™‚
  3. Really friend, my questions may be easy for you. lol But the good thing is that I learn more about the Kaspersky universe.
  4. I went to check more deeply on the subject, I was looking to see if it was possible to block it as much as I did now, or through the firewall, I wasn't able to do so before using the firewall, because all Kaspersky processes are hidden, now it takes you out of the hidden, I can see it.
  5. I just restarted the computer, opened KASPERSKY and went to the same location, everything is marked as I left it. Now only with time when I see a new PRODUCT update to see if it will actually be blocked, until I want to unlock and install it. Hugs friend. πŸ™‚
  6. Friend, after a while looking at KASPERSKY here, checking and found it, I went to manage application >>> Restrictions, when I arrived at the window I had to remove the Kaspesrky product from hidden so that it could appear, follow the image below to check if it is correct. I'm going to restart the computer here to see if the rules will come out or not. When I come back, I'll post whether they came out or not.
  7. I even found the two files to add, but when I added Kaspersky it seems to block them. does not appear in the list. 😐
  8. Friend, I'll wait when you have it on your PC. because the KASPERSKY firewall doesn't show these files so it's blocking them. You can rest assured when you can help. You leave a tip here and I'll look at it and try to do it. πŸ™‚
  9. Thank you to everyone here who helped me with my questions. This team in this community is very good and helpful
  10. Thanks for the information, but this tip you gave only works for updating the database. I wanted to block product updates. 4: can you answer me? 5: can you answer me?
  11. Hello Everyone, Good afternoon. I'm here raising another subject for knowledge, I hope you can clarify the matter. I will be detailing the subject with some points to make it easier. If you can put the answers in the points that are mentioned, it will be better for understanding. 1- We know that there is a way to manually update the Kaspersky database so that it can be updated manually, so far so good, now I wanted to know "How do I prevent the Kaspersky product version from being updated automatically?" 2- If there is any way to disable automatic updating of the Kaspersky version, could you provide a step-by-step guide? 3- I see that the vast majority of Antivirus products on the market have this option to update the product version when the customer wants to do so. Examples of antiviruses are AVAST, ESET, BITDEFENDER and others. 4- I see that other products on the market like Avast always launch a new version of their product every month. Kaspersky takes a long time to launch its products, why? 5- Could you tell us when Kaspersky releases new versions? I would like to thank everyone on this subject, I hope my doubts are resolved. Thanks! πŸ™‚
  12. What you can do and uninstall with the Revo Unistaller program: https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/ This might help, if by chance the Symantec program that our friend @Berny reported.
  13. Thank you for your help, it's great to have this conversation with you, I'm gaining a lot of experience with everyone. I'm grateful for that. πŸ˜€
  14. lol... Can you believe that now I'm looking for where what my friend @Schulte reported in the print is, I can't find it to personalize the report.
  15. Thank you friend, for helping to identify where it is.
  16. Thank you friend, for helping to identify where it is. πŸ™‚
  17. Hugs friend. And that I like to know. In other antivirus forums everyone knows where and which files are being updated. I need to know, when you are at the computer, can you help me with this matter? I'll wait for someone to tell me exactly where it is. πŸ™‚
  18. Good afternoon people I'm here wanting to know when Kaspersky antivirus is updated, where are the update files? All security software that I have used and informed which files are updated or the folder where they are. Therefore, my question is if someone can tell me if there is a link explaining all this information, I would be grateful.
  19. Let's go. I'll try to explain what I understand. Go to Settings >> Privacy Settings >> Webcam and Microphone Control >> Check the box to block access to the microphone for all Applications or uncheck the second box to stop notifying if an Application is using the Microphone.
  20. I did as you recommended opening a Ticket asking Kaspersky to include Brave, Vivaldi and Opera GX.
  21. I was researching and found that many people recommend uBlock Origin, I will test that one. https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm?hl=pt-BR
  22. Very good to know this information. I hadn't thought about what you said, Adguard was faster then. How good it was to exchange experiences here with you in this conversation. πŸ™‚
  23. I forgot to ask you something. What is the link for me to open a ticket? Answering your question because I don't use Adguard. Adguard did not work together with Kaspersky Protection. At the beginning of this topic I even reported with print that it wasn't working.
  24. I would be very happy if Kaspersky included Brave and Vivaldi and everything would be perfect. πŸ™‚ But thanks for the help. I'm going to continue looking for a YouTube ad blocker here, one that doesn't cause problems with Kaspersky Protection. If you know a good one other than Adguard you will be welcome. πŸ™‚
