Could someone help me by telling me where Kaspersky Total Security's SANDBOX is and help configure it for better protection.
If possible show with images so I can follow the step by step. -

Thanks for the help, strange that my pc has internet. however I took my pc to my brother's house and it worked normally. I think it's my internet connection with the provider, I called my internet provider and the staff said it was under repair.

@Berny okay, i will try and inform you when its done, by the way how much time does chkdsk usually takes for hdd?
There is no right time, it will depend on the size of your hd and the amount of files that exist on your hd.

What I'm finding is that the vast majority of people are not believing this letter, I think she should talk to AV-TEST or AV-COMPRARATIVES. even other companies to open their software and see the source code or even the CEO to go on TV and talk about it, because these letters that are posted on the website that nobody is believing is what I'm understanding.

I just updated my Security Cloud Free software and now it wants an activation code.

I can’t figure out where to get one without buying something. I want to continue to use the free version.
If it's free, it will only ask to renew for another year. you probably have to click on the activation button. no code is needed.

Did you try to reinstall the product without keeping the settings?
We would need to check some logs from your PC, do you mind submitting a ticket to technical support via https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/ and letting me know the incident number?
You won't need it when I changed the icon it went back to normal. Thank you for your help.

The URL adviser icon is not showing anymore in search results, in any browser or any search engine. This problem started with Kaspersky Total Security 21.3.10.391 (h).
When I looked at the URL settings I tried changing from “search only in search results” to “search all URLs”. It worked for a few minutes after that, but then stopped working again.
I think it was working ok in 21.3.10.391 (g), so I am wondering whether something’s gone wrong with the recent software update to (h).
Anyone else finding that the URL advisor is no longer working on their system? Anyone at Kaspersky know of this issue and what they are doing about it?
Using latest vesrion of Windows 10 and all browsers up to date.
Very strange mine got gray antivirus icon in the taskbar as the image shows.

As the image below shows: I turned on my computer, I was waiting for 15 minutes the icon that is on the windows taskbar is still in gray color informing that my security product was not loaded.
1- What do I have to do?
2- Is Kaspersky aware of this Problem?

How can we be sure that Kaspersky cannot be compromised or hacked based on the current Russian situation. There is a lot of press advising it is NOT safe. Explain and advise.
I was thinking a lot about it, no one else here talks about it, I'm thinking about changing the protection product I'm going to another antivirus.

I live in BRAZIL, here I believe it will take time to get the new version for me to download and install.
1- For this one with the previous version the newest I will be unprotected?
2- Will the new version arrive in a simple definition update of my database?
3- Because Kaspersky does not do the same as other Antivirus software, it puts a button for the user to update only the antivirus version, with that the users go and update to the new version of the product like some other antivirus do? -

Are you saying that only install over the previous version? Or will there be automatic update?

In my product it's showing that my Windows is 10 and not 11.
Could fix without waiting a new version of Kaspersky that is scheduled for January. only and launches in the daily updates.

I wanted to know what each number of those meant.
For each number that updates what?
21 = ?
3 = ?
10 = ?
391 =?

How often does kaspersky send updates to customers?

My doubts because it takes all this update to get to my pc. since I thought update was like most often. but I am seeing that it is not.
But 1 hour away from update of new threats and a lot of time. why this delay as mentioned above by our friends in the forum?

I made an update in the Time 01:48 of the day 30-11-2021. when I went to look at when and the database version is yesterday at 22:40 on 11/29/2021.
How can you go this long without an update?
I did not update for more than 4 hours.

I'm saying this because I used another antivirus for a long time.
The antivirus did the following, when the person was downloading it to some system folder, the person could not run the file because it was being sent to LIVIGRID, it took about 5 minutes and returned if I could install it or not. if not, he would remove it from the pc, if yes, leave the file for the person to install.
With that, I don't see KASPERSKY doing the same.
that's why i asked. if it does it behind I don't know.
That's why I wanted to know how and what works.
