I did it already as I said in my post... but I already found the solution, for anydesk at least you'll have to allow this aswell in the application rules: Then in the exclusions tab you'll have to set the permission to interact with KSOS My screenshots are in spanish, but you get the idea.

I need to give support to multiple computers through Anydesk, and I can't do certain actions in kaspersky because it does requires confirmation, and somehow this blocks anydesk from doing anything remotely, I've already tried checkin the option Allow managing Kaspersky Small Office Security settings via remote control applications. But it makes no effect at all, what can I do?. Thanks in advance...

From MyKaspersky panel, I already can see my licenses: But the download buttons are greyed out... it's disabled... What can I do? I want to add all my devices and manage the license from MyKaspersky panel.
