Dear Kaspersky Support, One of our clients is facing issue in his trusted applications files i.e. xlsx & docx and the antivirus automatically delete the file the client needs to recover it again and again for working as these are the important files. I would be very thankful to you, if you please guide me the solution of this issue. Below are some examples for your reference
