Was the original KIS app removed from the MAC before installing the new KIS?
IF you've followed: Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac, install and uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security & Start the application for the first time guidelines, including synchronizing the installed software with (your) MyKaspersky account, to associate the new license with the software & it's still reflecting the old license, please contact Kaspersky Support, on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in: Activation and license issues, Other; Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.
