HI, i am using Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 on my windows server 2012 and after the Critical Areas Scan, it said Malicious object detected Trojan.Multi.Accesstr.amf in system memory, but nothing happen after i clicked the “Resolve” button, and the report said Disinfection impossible. May i know what can i do to remove the malicious object?
