  1. Oh no... I was wondering about this.. I to am about to roll out to a group of users. I have the same message and thought it was because I was running on trial. I've purchased licences and am due to apply them before the trial ends and I was hoping this message would go away. I have Users and if they see this.. I'll have constant requests to resolve it as it suggests something's wrong.
  2. Hi.. can you share some additional information on this? Thanks
  3. Thanks @KarDip Just an update on this. I downloaded the Distribution Package in the Distribution Package section in my Cloud console. I thought to be honest, that this was Gona be a standard version of the software but it seems to be set to communicate /link directly with my account.. it worked 1st time and I was able to assign it to a user :-) Maybe it might be an idea to include this information in the distribution package page.. i.e the software you download here will be linked to your cloud account.
  4. Hi all, I wanting to install KasperskyEndpoint Security Cloud and a new system before I release the device to the user. I'll need to do it without an invite email since the user won't install it and I don't have access to her email. Also.. we don't use Active Directory. Is there a way to provision by just installing the install package or is there any way I can generate/preview the email and copy the install link? Thanks
  5. I'm rolling out new systems for employees. We are starting to use Google Endpoint Management to manage devices etc. Users will log in to their Win 10 devices with their Google credentials. I'm trialing and considering Kaspersky Endpoint Security cloud. I'm pretty impressed so far. We're not using Active Directory. I see that Kaspersky Endpoint cloud has features that allows it to connect with Active Directory to rollout Kaspersky profiles etc. Does anything exist for Google.. any SSOs etc to make it work the same way as AD does with profiles? Thanks
  6. I'm trialing this Endpoint solution in my business. I have 1 or 2 users, they need to be able to pause protection or adjust settings etc on their PCs. So I've set up a profile for these users. But when a user tries it asked for a username and password? Can I set it up that this doesn't happen...i.e the user with that profile allocated to them doesn't need to input a username and password? Thanks
