I had bought Kaspersky’s anti-virus and other protection programs for many years. I’ve recommended and purchased them for clients and friends as well. So I thought I would try Kaspersky VPN. It has been completely worthless. When Kaspersky VPN is active, I cannot connect to ANY websites. That includes Google.com, Amazon.com, news services, etc. Nothing. I think that qualifies as a complete loss of services. I’ve tried various options and server locations. I’m not new to VPNs, so I understand the setup process. Other VPNs have worked reasonably well: NONE have blocked access to common websites. Attempted to email Kaspersky. No replies. I haven’t even been able to figure out how to request a refund. Given this, and the falloff in support, I’m also re-evaluating use of Kaspersky’s antivirus and security programs. What's going on with Kaspersky?
