  1. Windows 11 PC, Kaspersky Premium, VPN - 21.15.8.493, Google Chrome/Edge browsers.
    Location UK/Great Britain

I live in the UK and there are a couple of UK web sites which check whether you are in the UK or not before allowing to login. With a single VPN enabled I had those web sites listed as "Ignore VPN" and I didn't have any issues accessing/logging in to those sites. Recently the VPN app has been updated to enable double VPN, however I can no longer login into  those UK web sites, as it says I am out side of the UK.

The sites are still listed as Ignore VPN and I have tried setting both the VPN sites to the UK ones but those web sites won't let me login.

    Any ideas/suggestions?

    Kind regards

    Steve

  2. I have VPN Premium, 21.15.8.493 running on Windows 11.

With VPN up and running I cannot access my Epson printer/scanner or the Wifi Router Hub, if I switch the VPN off then everything is fine.

The PC is on a LAN connection to the router and the printer is on a WiFi connection. I have checked they are both connected and when the VPN is off they can communicate with each other. I have had a look at split tunnelling to see if I can find the app for printing and scanning but nothing shows up. I have the local IP address for the printer but that doesn't seem to register /work.

I am having similar issues with accessing the Router Hub via a web browser. I have tried adding the local IP address but VPN shows it as being 1.0.0.1. Interestingly I can access the Router Hub via my android phone connected to my home network with VPN enabled.

I don't have any issues with anything else connected to the my local network.

I have read through some of the other posts, as others had similar problems and I have tried to implement the suggested solutions but I can't get anything work.

So I would appreciate some suggestions

    Kind regards

    Steve
