Hi I have purchased Kaspersky Anti-virus. However, the applications show the error message below when I enter the activation code.
“The activation code does not apply to this application”
I have double check the name and license make sure I am entering the right activation code to the product.
In the Kaspersky portal. It shows “License: Not supported in your region”. Does it mean the anti-virus does not support Hong Kong? Could someone pls help? Thanks.
