    管理设置——中，导入、导出皆可使用，恢复按钮点了无反应

    部分软件需要用到网络，但是卡巴直接把它们禁了，必须关了卡巴才能使用。最主要是卡巴的设置中没办法找到解除的方法。请问如何解决？
