    People have been and they aren't fixing it. They just send you nonsense asking scripted questions that have nothing to do with their service not working as advertised. I want this fixed, not some guy asking me what my internet provider is.

    And how long ago was that? I know this has been a problem for months now. The service is useless if it doesn't do what it is supposed to do and they aren't addressing it in a timely manner.
