  1. Thanks for your reply. The length of the reply and the amount of settings to turn off or disable should surely alert someone in the developing department of Kaspersky that something is amiss and there are far too many alerts, notifications, consents, etc. No other program has ever in the past, or does now, pester me with as many notifications as Kaspersky Premium. However, thanks for the guide and I will turn everything I can off :)
  2. I used Total Security for many years and only received essential and relevant notifications. I now use Premium on three devices and the relentless notifications are driving me nuts. It is like having an attention seeking child on my computer. Virtually everyday I get notified that I could speed up my computer, or an application has been updated or some similar unnecessary rubbish. I have spent far more time than I should have to crawling through Kaspersky's settings to try to identify anything that I can turn off notifications for or safely disable, yet today alone I have had four notifications across the three devices telling me "we have found applications that have not been used for a while" or "you have x number of large files" or similar. The settings are far more inaccessible in Premium than in Total Security, as if it has been made difficult to easily stop being pestered by design. Kaspersky - I know you are there - really I do - I do not need reminding 3 or 4 times a day. Surely an antivirus program, and that is all I want Kaspersky for, should simply run silently in the background until such time a threat is identified. If I wanted a program for checking for speed, applications, duplicate files, large files, etc, etc I would install one. I am seriously considering cutting my losses and going with an alternative antivirus.
