Hi, So I bought a new subscription with a code for Total security and typed it into My Kaspersky. It accepted it and said it’s not in use - I presume because I already have a current subscription running. It expires in about 2 weeks. I and my family members keep getting popup ads to renew our kaspersky subscription. How do I stop this and tell My Kaspersky that I want the Not in Use subscription to take over when the current subscription expires?
