I have follow the above instruction. When I boot into safe mode in window 11 and start the kavremover. No Total security was found. Therefore, I stop the kavermover and try to install Total security again. The program manage to install in safe mode. Thank you for your help.

I Have uninstall the program and download the latest from mykasperky website. But I cannot install the program as it give an error......"Aplication Installation error- error 27300. error code 2147024890. Not sure how am I going to install the Total security program again.

On my notebook, suddenly a popup in Russian words by Kaspersky. I closed it as I do not understand the words. I then check the Total security program it was not started. I restart my notebook and try to start the Total security program but it cannot be started. What is the solution to this problem. Please advise. Thank you.
