Hi Kaspersky users i was wonder which settings in any protection module should i adjust to get most protection but also most performance of Kaspersky so it make my pc mostly protected and mostly pc performance while Kaspersky use low pc resources

Hi Kaspersky users/staff since yesterday my pc with Kaspersky standard have been popped up with object detected as trojan.psw.powershell.discoteka.gen inside my Discord cache folder how do i make it stop detect it and completely remove it from my desktop

Hi forum is it normal that when I use my windows 11 laptop with i5-10210u CPU, and Kaspersky lab launcher use 11% of the total CPU when I launch any Microsoft office apps or any adobe apps, but also any game my laptop can handle and when I just use my browser it use 6% of total CPU usage and the ran on the new 22.9 version is a bit higher then on Kaspersky free 22.3 version what is the thing that make Kaspersky free 22.9 use so much CPU and RAM then your older 22.3 version

hmm, it is because my Kaspersky not detecting so many adware, spyware anything to do so it detect more adware and spyware

Dear, Kaspersky i have seen a lot of test videos and websites that have tested your product but what all the tests show me is that pup detection is not soo good so please improve the pup detection for any kaspersky products please.

Hi, Kaspersky i want to know does the Kaspersky protection extension support brave browser or does the kaspersky extension not support brave browser if it not does than please make it support brave browser because i really like it block all cookies/trackers my ublock origin not blocked but now i use brave and its shields it miss to block some cookies and trackers and kaspersky protection extension can block it if it support brave browser or you, guys gonna make it support brave browser.

Hello Kaspersky community. since yeasterday my kaspersky product kaspersky internet security got extreamly slow removing malware 1 malware took 5-10 minutes to be removed by kaspersky rtp sometimes does not remove them and when scan will remove virusses it take 10-15 minutes pr malware to be removed

the databases are stored on your device and are kept up to date by updates.
In addition, your KIS can access information from the cloud that has not yet been integrated into the local databases.so its only kaspersky security cloud that have database stored cloudly

only the ransomware i had got removed by file antivirus the rest was removed by scanning the files not by the file antivirus send it to your tech guys so they can fix the issue or do i need to get the h patch for kaspersky bc i run 21h2 of windows 10

dear Kaspersky i maybe have found a bug in kis for me i donwloaded 2k+ malware but the rtp on kis does not remove it or it find them very slow and remove them 2x slow as it find the malware on my windows 10 home 21h2 machine

Hi everyone,
I'm facing an issue with Kaspersky Plus 21.16.6.467(c) on my system. During full scans, the process is slow, and there's a significant spike in memory usage.
System Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4 cores 8 threads
RAM: 2x4GB 2133MHz
GPU: Radeon RX 6600XT
SSD: XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB
HDD: Hitachi HGST HTE541075A9E680 SATA (750GB)
Issue Details:
Full scans are slow, with noticeable memory consumption increase.
No conflicting software or processes detected.
Updated Kaspersky Plus to the latest version, but problem persists.
Request for Help: Seeking advice on optimizing Kaspersky for efficient full scans without compromising system performance. Total space to scan is 815GB.
