I have tried that. I changed the Microsoft password from both administrator accounts. I also updated my PC. Kaspersky still says that my protection is at risk.

Hello. I have been using the paid Kaspersky Antivirus for quite a while now. And I’ve never ran into any issues with it. Until a few days ago, I get:
Malware detected
Detected: MEM:Trojan.Win32.SEPEH.gen
Location: System memory.
I get the choice to either disinfect and restart the computer, or try to disinfect without computer restart. I have tried both of them, and none of them are working. When I disinfect w/restarting the computer, it gives me some weird designs, maybe some older windows designs. And takes way too long to restart. But when it finishes restarting, I log in into my account, and after a few minutes, the same message appears.
Malware detected
Detected: MEM:Trojan.Win32.SEPEH.gen
Location: System memory.
I have tried this multiple times and nothing worked. My experience with Kaspersky was very convenient until this part, and I’d like to ask for help to find a solution.
I also wanted to ask if this poses any threats to my passwords, my system memory, or anything like that.
Note: I have had some viruses before, but whenever Kaspersky restarts for disinfection, I never get any more issues.

In the Windows updates, I get only one more available update, which my PC fails to download & install successfully.
