I have gotten to the point that I'd prefer to deal with my kids safety organically than deal with the inconsistency of your product. Inconsistent notification fulfillment from email to site (fulfilling request more time on website) Inconsistent notification delivery from app to parent (request more time) Impossibly complicated parental control access from the device (MFA password, etc. to access parental controls to fix 1 and 2 above) Please, please fix your product so it doesn't cause me more anxiety dealing with it than my kids access to their devices. /cheers

My Kaspersky passwords is 20+, alphanumeric, secured password. I would prefer not to have to pull in my password manager every time I have to make the slightest change to my kids configuration. What happened to just using a custom pin or key to unlock configuration options?

Whose brilliant idea was it to use my highly secure, 40 character, alphanumeric profile as the user prompt every single time I have to make a change to Safe Kids? Terrible user experience. Can’t even use it now.
