  1. Firstly, your link takes me to enter an activation code... Which I do not have as I have an annual subscription. Secondly tech support are useless directing me in circles.

So to explain again.... I am referring to a configuration file that I hope is available to use on my router. Simply I have an Asus router that needs the server configuration file loaded so to choose a server along with my user name and password of my Kaspersky VPN premium subscription. Check this tutorial  [PUB deleted] , just can't find the solution for Kaspersky.

    Hello @SirrRoyston, Roy,

    • You’re welcome!
    • The Kaspersky Technical Support link is to your MyKaspersky account, you’re required to log in & create a case.
    • It’s good you have a Kaspersky software license subscription, that gives you access to the Kaspersky Technical Support experts.
    • From the additional information you’ve now provided, it appears as though, at some point, you have engaged with Kaspersky Technical Support, they can help you.

    Thank you🙏

How does this help me though? Why does Kaspersky make it so difficult? [Deleted] provide the information I would need (if I was a [Deleted]  annual subscriber) by publishing it on their website. User friendly and easy access. I can not accept the fact that no Kaspersky VPN users have not set up their router to issue a total VPN cover on a home network/ WIFI. Surely someone in this community has done this before?

just can't find the solution for Kaspersky. But can find a solution for [Deleted] within seconds of entering their website!? Without googling or asking helpful communities.

  3. Hey Flood,

Thanks for your reply - I actually managed to sort this about 30 mins after posting. I eventually found a (hopefully) reputable place to get the .apk from.

Only painful part was figuring out I needed a pointer app to be able to log in to KSC once I'd installed it all...

Main reason for KSC is I've got the paid version for a year, so didn't fancy using another service while I'm paying for this one!

TLDR - all seems to be working ok now, hello US Netflix! haha

    Cheers!

Can you share the apk? I can not seem to find one.

    Cheers,

  4. Having the same problem here, VPN not allowing internet after update on Win10. Going to reinstall.

Reinstall did not work. I also uninstalled the Kaspersky update that happened in April 2019.

Works fine on my phone with Three network.

    UPDATE

Just used it with WiFi on the phone and tablet. Working fine. So it's not Sky. Must be Windows 10 update which means Kaspersky needs to roll out an update to include Windows 10 again

  5. I have paid VPN with 104 days left. I am in th UK using Sky internet and router. This morning i was using the VPN ( virtual server Japan) and it blocks all internet connections. Even if i use a UK Virtual Server it is still blocked.

    I use Windows 10 PC

    Sky Fibre broadband

VPN was working on 26th December 2019. Stopped working 02 JAn 2020.

    Any answers would be great.

    Thank you.

    Roy
