    Hello, Thank you for your reply. I installed Kaspersky Plus and the situation is now resolved. Again, thank you. On another matter, why is the change from TS to Kaspersky Plus termed an upgrade? I've lost functionality and gained one or two things I don't need. It's a sidegrade at best, a downgrade in real terms for me.

    Just adding an addendum - PWA has been working well with KTS for years - this just happened in the last few weeks.

    OS - Win 10 Pro 22H2 19045.3636 Kaspersky Total Security - 21.3.10.391 When I open Pro Writing Aid, I get this error message. After countless reinstalls and log checks, I finally did a network reset. No change. It was only when I shut down KTS and launched the app that it finally worked. Looked at changing firewall setting/application rules , but Pro Writing Aid is not listed anywhere, just the install msi, so don't know what to do. Is there any way of adding the Pro Writing Aid exe to the application rules?
