I need to talk to a human and/or create a support ticket. I don't have a link for this. I'm not sure if this product is supported at all (I bought Kaspersky Business Total Security).
At this time the company I am doing business with is unable to get their VPN working on my system. They indicate Kaspersky is to blame.
The VPN is FortiClient.
Anyway, I just needs some help with the product I purchased (Kaspersky Total Security) - to find out if the problem really is Kaspersky or not.
