Those instructions exclude the product I am using. How do you cancel a subscription for Kaspersky Total Security?
-
I found that already. I don't understand it. I just want to cancel my subscription.
-
I am not sure if my current subscription will automatically bill my credit card or not. But, I just want to cancel my Kaspersky Total Security subscription. When I log into my account I see no option to cancel (see screen capture).

KTS version & patch: 21.3.10.391 KVPN - if you’re asking if I’m using Kaspersky’s VPN then I am not - I’m using another VPN I’m using Windows 10 Pro. That’s all I know. -
Network Attack Detected - Port 3389

For at least a month - I’ve been getting multiple brute force RDP attacks on port 3389. I have remote desktop setup for those times I am out of the office and cannot physically use this computer. I’m attacked from what looks like dozens of IP address. Is there anything I should do to minimize risk? I’m using Windows 10 Pro. The password to this computer is 32 random characters long. there is a PIN that I use every day that is much shorter. I assume that the PIN isn’t useable if you’re not physically in front of the computer using the attached keyboard - but I don’t know much about Windows 10 and how it should work. I have an old router, therefore my computer sits behind the router. I’m also using a VPN. Would a VPN make any difference? Or, have they simply found my actual IP address and getting in through that? My VPN IP address changes every day. -

Doesn’t work. I still get the annoying messages. -

That doesn’t work. I’ve unchecked “rarely used” and still get this annoying popup. I’m glad my subscription will end in less than a year. I plan to discontinue using Kaspersky because of then never-ending annoying pop up messages. -
Remove Annoying Messages (Software Rarely Used)

I can’t seem to stop these messages. The message (see attached) is informing me that I have software that is rarely used. How do you stop these annoying messages? -
Remove Annoying messages "Application Update Found"

How the heck do you stop this message from popping up? -
Yeah, their popups came back - looks a little different now- but the annoying popups are back with a vengeance. I want NOTHING to do with Kaspersky anymore. No - I never used any other product of theirs. So, how do I get rid of this annoying pop up advertisement? At this point in time my only option is to remove Kaspersky and never use Kaspersky again. Unfortunately, I bought a five year license - but, at this point it just isn’t worth the hassle I have to constantly deal with. Better to cut my losses and move on. Like a nasty virus - I need to purge my system of Kaspersky.

Remove Annoying Messages (applications rarely used)
silver_mica replied to silver_mica's topic in Kaspersky Total Security
I'm getting, yet more, annoying messages from Kaspersky. This time Kaspersky is telling me I have applications "rarely" used and recommends that I remove those applications to save disk space. I don't want Kaspersky telling me this - I'll determine these matters myself. How do I turn off this annoying message? -
I believe the problem may be resolved. I've contacted SiteGround and they have made changes to remove the 1915house.com reference and used a subdomain wild card with das-eng.com (so that autodiscover.das-eng.com will not trigger anything). Hopefully, those changes will prevent Kaspersky from notifying me if a certificate problem each and every time I use Microsoft Word. So far, at the time of writing this, I haven't seen the message pop up. I'll know for sure in a day or two if this is 100% eliminated.

Not sure why my shared hosting site uses a bad certificate. I have contacted my hosting site about this in the past (SiteGround) - but no luck. I wrote another service ticket with SiteGround just this morning. All I did was buy Microsoft Office, used my email for that account and now I get this annoying message from Kaspersky. Sorry, Kaspersky, but I've had quite enough of your endless and hyper-annoying messages. I'm getting rid of Kaspersky. I'll probably ditch SiteGround too.
