  1. My child sent a request to open a certain youtube clip, and I approved it. Now it seems that youtube is a permitted domain altogether, with the exception of certain clips. I then added youtube to the list of blocked sites, but it doesn’t have much effect -- youtube is still open.

How to block youtube again? Or maybe it was open all the time, and I didn’t know?

    The child is age 0-6.

  2. Hello @shmu26 !

You can do it via MyK center: https://my.kaspersky.com/MyKids section (or via mobile KSK application).

Also please be noticed that there is a knowledge base with information regarding the product: https://support.kaspersky.com/safekids/windows

Here is an article how to use KSK: https://support.kaspersky.com/12265

Thanks, but can you be a little more specific about where to find that option in MyKaspersky/MyKids? I don’t find it there, and the support article, which I already read a few times, does not offer much help.

  3. When I use the "email" command in MS Word to send an open document as an email attachment, via MS Outlook, the message gets sent, but the body of the email message is blank, i.e., the text is removed from it. This can be remedied by disabling the Kaspersky plugin in Outlook. Is there a better way to fix it? Windows 10 x64 1903 KIS 20 MS Office 365
  4. Can I set up Safe Kids to block all websites by default, and only allow according to a manually defined whitelist?
Hi, currently you can only block categories of sites via My Kaspersky > Kids > Internet > Settings > Restrictions for websites categories and below there is an option to add exclusions (to block or allow websites regardless of the their category). The possibility to block all sites regardless of categories will be implemented in the future.
Thanks. An easy way to implement this is to simply add another category called "Other"
