  1. Hello all, Is it possible to have multiple users for KPM with different levels of access? IE I have my account with all my passwords My wife has an account with her passwords each of the kids have their own accounts and store their passwords. none of the users should have access to another users passwords. Guess I am looking for something like 1Password but built in with my AV
  2. It would seem that a few minutes in Kaspersky terms is a few days. Two days later they are all gone.
  3. Hello All, I am running KSC 11.0.0.1131 Patch B My disk drive is almost full, I’ve tracked it down to be the FTServer folder. I’ve tried to delete all the files from Admin Console under Advanced > Application Management > Software updates. There is 28420 objects. I pressed CTRL + A to select all. Then right click and selected Delete update update files. I then get a message to say they have been queued for removal and that they will deleted a few minutes. I’ve left this for over a day and still its showing the same number of files. I have restarted KSC and also the machine. What I have noticed is that I have gained 15GB in file space on the drive. However there is still 15GB being used. I was using this as a patch server for other applications but management have moved me over to GFI so no longer need to use KSC for patch management. How can I get KSC to remove all these unneeded files? Thanks
  4. Sorry thats not possible as on the Mac it says managed by system administrator. For anyone that comes across this and has the issue themselves. I have managed to fix it. Although the Mac says its licensed for some reason KSC is still applying the expired license. I deleted the the License but it would remove from the license section as a device was still assigned to it. Uninstalled KES11 for Mac Uninstalled KES11 Netagent for Mac Rebooted Deleted the device from the managed group Deleted the device from unassigned devices. I went back to licenses and hit refresh. The expired license has now gone. remotely installed Netagent pushed out the KES11 for Mac and selected the correct license Now the Mac is showing as OK in KSC11 Just need to get it show in license usage now...
  5. I have KSC11 with a managed group for Mac’s. there are two Mac Mini’s in this group. One of them is KSC shos that its license is expired. Yet on the actual device I have over 200 days remaining. When I check the licenses in KSC11 I have 1 that is expired and the only device associated is this Mac Mini. Yet if I try and install a different license to the mac mini it always fails and doesnt give any details as to why its failed. I’ve tried to delete the license from KSC but now its just kind of grey in colour. I’ve unistalled KES11 for Mac from the device. I’ve deleted the device from the group but, still it shows shows as a device in the license properties
  6. So, I have found that its the Apple Content Cache folder that its trying to scan. This is a password that I dont have (Apple generated) How can I set an exclusion for certain folders from KSC11 for the Mac’s? For Windows its easy under the policy properties then general settings then exclusion. However the Mac Policy doesnt have a General Settings part.
  7. I have two mac minis that as part of the policy run a scan over night. Every time I login into these Macs they are waiting for a password for a protected archive. I can either put the password in or select skip protected archives. Is it possible from KSC11 as they are managed by KSC 11Policies to set this permanently so that the password is either entered or the archives are skipped? Thanks
