  1. Hi Flood, Thanks for your response. I will inform you after checking the result of the new patch. However, it is still not clear for me. The settings for my kid’s device as mentioned are set from KSK app in my mobile or from Web interface, both are remotely from kid’s device. I logged out when done. So I expect both ways should have the same results. ??? The new patch: where should I install it? In kid’s device? In my mobile? or both? TIA. Kind regards.

Hi, My info is as follows: Windows 10 (more could be provided later) KSK was updated about 2 weeks ago (precisely could be provided later) valorant, riot, roblox, … Also valorant is not in the list even though it is installed. Kid could not play valorant due to some settings in the past. I could not change it explicitly. Defender Report attached, BootstrapPackagedGame is not in the list 2006 KSK licensed (not free)Kind regards.

Hi, I received yesterday a notification: Saturday, Mar 13, 09:02 PM (time in the child's device time zone) A new application BootstrapPackagedGame was found on the DESKTOP xx device used by xx Application category: Games, age restriction: 0+. However, now, about 20 hours later, I check the app and also web interface of Safe Kid, I don’t see BootstrapPackagedGame in the list. My kid confirms that he still has it, because that application is required to play some games which are allowed in weekend. My kid also has the admin right of the device (I understand that he could do some thing else but we need to trust each other, and SafeKid is a tool to help prevent certain things but not all) The questions are: Why is the application not listed in SafeKid mobile or web app? Could SafeKid detect all new applications installed?Thanks in advance. Kind regards.
  5. Hi, The followings occur quite often that I would like to know how to fix or if it is a bug, please fix it. There are two ways to change the settings of Safe Kid for child devices Via the web interface Via the app in mobileThe settings for Application Categories are different in Web app all are allowed in Mobile app, FTP Software, File Sharing, Online Shopping, Online Storage, Social Networks, Software Downloaders are forbiddenThe settings for specific applications are different in Web app, they are all allowed in Mobile app, restricted time or forbidden are shown for certain applications as set in the pastSeveral times, I changed the settings via Web app so that they were the same as in Mobile app. I double-checked it by going to another function in Web app and going back to make sure the settings took affect. However, after a few days, I logged in again, the aforementioned issue recurred. Thanks in advance for your response. Kind regards.
