I am using Kaspersky endpoint security 11.1 for windows. I am facing the issues while starting the huawei ensp software. Whenever I start any of the virtual router, the routers don’t get started instead they keep showing the hashes (#) in the CLI. I have added the necessary software to the list of trusted applications as well. But it still doesn’t solve the issue. The issue is only resolved when I disable the web threat protection component, which is not the best security practice. Please help.

I’m running “download updates to the Administration server repository” task. But it gives the error “ Completed with error” and the error is “Update task has completed. Error has occurred while installing the component update. The component update has been rejected.” I can’t figure out which are the components whose updates are rejected. Also, this error occurs all the time. Even if the Event is completed bu it still shows this description of error. I’m using Kaspersky security Center 11. Please Help.

Dear Support,
We have installed KESL 11.1.0 and Network agent 11.0.0 on RHEL 6.10 Santiago with JBOSS/WildFly 10.1 running. Now whenever the JBOSS service is run, KESL takes a lot of CPU utilization. please refer to the screenshot below:
Could you please look into this matter. will be waiting for you kind reply.
