Ich habe im Moment auch Probleme mit dem Internet, kann es sein, dass Kaspersky auch Probleme macht, wenn mein Internet zu schwach ist oder so? Ich habe im Moment sehr schlechtes WLAN. Ich habe auch schon überlegt, mir vielleicht einen neuen Router mit LTE zu holen (Link gelöscht), aber eventuell liegt es ja auch an was ganz anderem? Wäre über Hilfe ebenfalls dankbar!

Are you sure that you have enough storage, could you Maybe try to delete Cache and see if that works? Otherwise just take the hassle and check for updates yourself every now and then

Hello, I would advise you to reinstall the whole package, as deleting a Version while another one is up and Maybe running can cause both of them to conflict with each other and slow down the system

It could be that Gmail has had an error in showing you the “Virus”, happens to me sometimes where pure .docx files get shown as a Virus even though they have no other extensions or anything visible that could hint to a virus

Hello, as far is i know, the security Cloud is only free for iOS and Android and Needs to be activated on PCs/Tablets as theyre other entities. Could be that ive read it wrong, if that is the case please do ask support for help

Reverting a Version can cause some serious security breaches, as newer Versions often fix/patch up Backdoors and stop trojans or Worms entering the System altogether. If the versions do cause Problems simply try to reinstall and if that doesnt work then revert to older versions on your own Accord.

Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass Kaspersky eventuell hier etwas shadiges durchziehen will oder was eher wahrscheinlicher ist, dass die Preise einfach später aktualisiert werden bzw. nicht simultan freigeschalten werden wegen fehlern im Netz.

Try to Reinstall Kaspersky, if that doesnt work then i would try to defragment your HDD, it could be that your OS is fragmented to much or that your SSD is to full so that it slows down your whole system
