  1. @Berny No I haven’t. The NAS is in the local network. As I said earlier, I have no problems accessing it via windows explorer. I can browse the path both via X:\ as a mapped network drive or as \\nas\directory\ In both cases, I am able to create new directories, files and and modify or delete them. So I don’t understand why Kaspersky can’t access it. What is even more strange, is that Kaspersky can see the network drive and also navigate through the subdirectories, but still sys incorrect path. There is also no information about this error message on the internet.
  2. @Berny Thanks for the quick reply! There are no reports… I think it never gets to a point to generate a report...
  3. Hi everyone, I have a network attached storage that I have read/write access to and it’s mapped under drive “X:”. I can not add this to the as the backup storage to my Kaspersky backup profile. I have tried both option “Add network storage” and “Connect existing storage”, provided the shares path manually… nothin… I only get a incorrect path to storage! What am I doing wrong? I can see the path and even choose subfolders, so how can it be incorrect?
