Hi FLOOD, thanks for the assistance. I have not logged into KSK with the parent profile, it was the kid’s profile. Maybe that was the reason, I’ll try it with the parental account when the next patch is available.

On my kid’s android device, Kaspersky Safe Kids displays a permanent notification stating that “the device’s coordinates can be sent to “My Kaspersky”. This is annoying. Can it be turned off?

Kaspersky Safe Kids for Windows is Version 1.0.5 patch D on my kid’s computer. In the release notes of patch E, it says that patch E is automatically installed by the kaspersky safe kids database update. Patch E was released 2 weeks ago and my kid’s installation is stll on patch D. Why is it not updated and what can I do to update it? Can I force a “database update” somehow?
