Can't fill up the form in support page. The error message already given earlier. " Exceeded maximum number of activations .....code".

yes I have tried the link, but couldn't connect to chat support or other support options. 

Even if there is any way to get support through email then pls suggest.

Can't connect to the Tech Support to resolve the issue! Please help me out.
