[Product not reporting usage or blocking]

o/s: Windows 10

Kap version: 1005.9008(k)

Both kids devices do not report any usage info. and only randomly block access to internet based on schedule.  Some night they will use laptop past time schedule, some night they get blocked.

If you can’t fix this, then I need to cancel the service. Too much time wasted on making sure Safe Kids works

• Does “If there is a known way to disable, they will figure it out”, mean you think your daughters or one of your daughters has disabled KSK → it’s not clear, please let us know?

I just installed Safe Kids on my two daughter’s laptops, both are showing as connected, but the Allie laptop is not reporting device usage, apps, etc..   The Ava-laptop appears to be reporting accurately.

If there is a known way to disable, they will figure it out.
