Did you ever find a solution? File shredder is not working for me. It says “deleting file” but nothing happens no matter how long I wait.

I am also having this issue. File size or permissions does not matter. (I’ve tried many different files). The program just hangs on “deleting file” but nothing happens no matter how long I wait. I’ve never been able to use the file shredder which is one of the reasons I purchased the product.
