I'm sorry, I didn't follow your subject very closely. Question: What do you mean by 'AUTOSTART error'? The start of the 'KJIM.KDL'? It is an important part of Kaspersky protection. By the way, it should be 'undeletable' for other programs, as long as Kaspersky is running, it is under special protection.

Hi, KETZK, let me explain in simple words: what ESET is telling you is quite normal. AV programs often recognize other AV programs as a danger. An AV program intervenes deeply in the system, which seems dangerous to the other AV program. The evaluation on Freefixers is only 'bullshit'. Obviously, users who don't know anything about KL products have rated it. Your screenshots also show the rating of a ten year old version (AVP9)... Summary: 'kjim.kdl' is a component of the KL products, it is a special .DLL, digitally signed and is checked by your KTS for unharmedness at every start.

I currently see a My Kaspersky account with a simple password protection. What's more, I can change the email address for this account without any notification to the old email address. Where is the bank's standard protection here?

When logging in, you enter your email address and password, then a six-digit code is sent to the phone number you entered, which you have to insert into another window. Only then you are authenticated.

...und die Anführungszeichen am Anfang hast Du auch stehen? Sonst musst Du den Pfad selbst suchen. Gehe im Win-Explorer zu C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab. Dort muss es einen Unterordner wie "Kaspersky Internet Security Technical Preview 20.0" geben. Doppelklicke ihn und prüfe, ob darin die "avp.com" enthalten ist. Falls ja, kopiere einfach den Pfad aus der Adressleiste und setze den Rest dahinter. Und vergiss nicht die " am Anfang und nach avp.com.

Hi astor, ändere einfach den KL-Ordner in der Befehszeile. Für die KIS20-Beta müsste es so aussehen:

Hi roolf, das Gerät hat in der Tat seine Vorzüge, die sind unbestritten. Nach meiner Recherche wird Windows als 64-Bit-Version installiert. Dann muss KL auch 64-Bit-Treiber installieren, 64-Bit-Software läuft aber nicht. Die Frage wäre jetzt, ob Du auch ein 32-Bit-Windows installieren kannst. Wenn dann KL mit der Hardwareemulation zufrieden ist, könnte es eventuell laufen. Aber dann kannst Du nur noch 4GB RAM nutzen... Persönlich denke ich nicht, dass Du KL-Software darauf zum Laufen bringst. Wende Dich bitte unbedingt an den KL-Support, es würde mich freuen, wenn der eine Lösung hat (und Du darüber berichtest).

Hallo roolf, Dein Problem dürfte auf den Prozessor Deines Miix zurückzuführen sein. Es handelt sich um einen Snapdragon 835, der keine x86/x64-Programme ausführen kann. Auch das installierte Windows läuft nur in einer Emulationsschicht. Da die KL-Software unter anderem auch direkt auf die Hardware eines Windows-PCs zugreift, läuft sie hier ins Leere. Nicht alles kann emuliert werden. Dabei ist KL aber nicht das einzige Problemkind. Viele Anwendungsprogramme laufen nicht oder nur sehr langsam. Die Emulation verlangsamt Programmabläufe derart, dass es dann zum Programmabbruch kommt. EDIT: Hi FLOOD :relaxed:

Betrifft KIS/KTS/KSOS Per Standard wird ein Programm beim ersten Start einer der vorgegebenen Programmgruppen zugeordnet. Möchte man diese Einordnung vorab manuell erledigen (z. B. um einen Netzwerk-/Registry-/Festplattenzugriff zu blockieren), bieten die oben genannten Produkte dazu eine Möglichkeit über die Programmkontrolle. Vorgehensweise:
- installiere das Programm. Oft ist ein anschliessender automatischer Start vorgesehen, deaktiviere ggf. diese Option
- öffne die Programmkontrolle ("Einstellungen->Schutz")
- klicke auf "Programme verwalten"
- schliesse eventuell geöffnete Programmgruppen per Klick auf den Abwärtspfeil
- wähle die Gruppe, der das neue Programm zugeordnet werden soll und mache einen Mausrechtsklick darauf
- wähle "Programm hinzufügen zu Gruppe"
- es erscheint der Windows-Dateiauswahldialog. Suche das Programm, markiere es und klicke auf "Öffnen"
- das Programm wird in die entsprechende Gruppe aufgenommen und seine Rechte können nun detailliert eingestellt werden. Sie werden beim ersten Start berücksichtigt.

That's quite possible. I would reinstall the computer completely. Please use only original software. Ask your friends if someone has an original windows DVD. Then you are on the safe side.

Hi SquallLeonHart, welcome to the new forum. Where did you download the software you installed on your computer (including Windows)? The IP address belongs amongst others to the infrastructure of a Ransomware (locky). The computer may be compromised.

Hi letkin, This is a fictitious address used by the Kaspersky AddOn to communicate with KIS/KTS. The address is resolved on your computer, it doesn't go outside. You can prevent the 'contact' by deactivating the script injection. Then the KL addon loses parts of its function. Settings->Additional->Network', disable 'Inject script into web traffic...'. Die ausführliche Liste, die der Support nennt, gibt es in den Heimanwenderprodukten schon seit einigen Jahren nicht mehr. Möchte man die Liste wiederhaben, muss unter "Einstellungen->Erweitert->Berichte und Quarantäne" die Option "Nicht kritische Ereignisse protokollieren" aktiviert werden. Das sollte aber nur zu Testzwecken geschehen, da dann alle Aktionen protokolliert werden. Somit ist es leider kein Ersatz für den früheren ausführlichen Bericht.

Bei meiner KSOS20 konnte ich kein grösseres Update feststellen. Ich sehe da aber auch kein Defizit in der Kommunikation. Über Änderungen bei Patches wird informiert, wenn eine Lücke ausserplanmässig geschlossen wird gibt es ebenfalls einen Artikel. Für ein Update auf die 2020 war das Update viel zu klein, da muss man schon mit der vollen Ladung von 150-160MB rechnen. Wie aber Jowi schon schrieb, taucht dieser Download nicht im Updatebericht auf. Was ich mir vorstellen könnte: KL liefert kumulative Updates aus, d. h. dass vorhandene Dateien um neue Signaturen ergänzt werden. Irgendwann werden diese dann zu gross und müssen (auch aus Performancegründen) aufgeteilt werden. Eine angenommene 4MB-Datei wird dann durch zwei mit je 2MB ersetzt. Rechnet man den Rest dazu, können dann grössere DLs entstehen, ohne dass grundsätzlich etwas geändert wird - also auch keine Kommunikation nötig macht. Wie gesagt, das wäre für mich eine mögliche Erklärung, vielleicht kann ja der Support aufklären.

Die gute Nacht wünsche ich zurück, werde sie auch gleich in Anspruch nehmen. Du könntest bei Gelegenheit nochmals die Einstellungen für Hyper-V prüfen. Geht über "Windows Features aktivieren oder deaktivieren". Ist dort Hyper-V angehakt? Falls ja, Haken entfernen und Rechner neu starten.
