Kommt darauf an, welche Version Dein IE ist. Es wäre jedenfalls vorteilhaft, wenn er läuft. Dann könnte auch das KL-Problem erledigt sein. Nachtrag: falls Du den IE nicht zum Laufen bekommst, habe ich noch eine andere Idee. Der IE ist für Windows allerdings sehr wichtig, auch wenn Du ihn nicht benutzt. Diese Lösung hat absoluten Vorrang.

Sieht gut aus... Eine Idee hätte ich noch: das von KL verwendete .NET greift teilweise auf Routinen des MS Internetexplorers zurück. Hast Du diesen irgendwie eingeschränkt wie z. B. "Offline" arbeiten, Scripte generell verbieten, Cookies verbieten,... Ich weiss nicht genau, was der Installer davon benutzt, aber einen anderen Vorschlag habe ich gerade leider nicht.

Ich verstehe zwar, was Du meinst, kann es mir aber nicht direkt vorstellen. Kannst Du bitte einen Screenshot des Fensters posten? Vielleicht ist dann zumindest die Fehlerrichtung erkennbar.

As a workaround you can switch to 'Do not scan encrypted connections' in 'Network settings' for test purposes. Can you now access the firewall?

Hi David, see if you can handle the problem with an exclusion. Go to 'Settings->Additional->Network->Manage Exclusions'. Set an exclusion there (as shown in the picture).

Hi Faustocg, welcome to the new forum. Scans and other functions are controlled by 'AVP.COM'. It is located in the Kaspersky applications directory (do not confuse it with 'AVP.EXE'!). With 'AVP.COM Help' you can get a list of the parameters or you can check them with e.g. 'AVP.COM Help Scan'.

Please have in mind that disabling "Perform Idle Scan" won't solve this issue, as this is only for when the computer is locked or the screensaver is on ...
Of course these setting can help. This shows the experience and the last sentence in your link: 'Idle scan and update tasks will be performed according to these settings.'should I uncheck the "Perform Idle Scan" ?

Hi me34, please check 'Settings->Performance'. If 'Perform Idle Scan' is enabled, updates are also only loaded if the computer is 'idle'.

Hi Wallaby53, in KIS machst Du das am besten mit der Programmkontrolle. Öffne "Einstellungen->Schutz->Programmkontrolle". Klicke unten auf "Programme verwalten". Im nächsten Fenster musst Du nur noch Cortana finden und doppelklicken. Eventuell musst Du zur Anzeige aller MS-Programme rechts oben unter "Ansicht" die Option "Systemprogramme ausblenden" deaktivieren. Nach dem Doppelklick auf Cortana gehst Du zum Reiter "Netzwerkregeln" und verbietest Cortana den Zugriff aufs Internet. Hab' hier mal die Win7-Telemetry geblockt:

Hi Wallaby53, das KIS-gesteuerte Programmupdate ist immer etwas problematisch. Unter meiner KSOS kann ich Programme ausschließen. Mit KIS dürfte das auf ähnliche Weise funktionieren: "KIS Hauptfenster->Weitere Funktionen->Programme verwalten", dort "Update von Programmen" (rechts) auswählen. Dann müsstest Du im nächsten Fenster unten "XXX Updates wurden gefunden" sehen. Klick darauf. Jetzt suchst Du Skype und wählst mit der danebenliegenden Schaltfläche "Dieses Programm nicht aktualisieren". Das folgende PopUp mit "Fortsetzen" bestätigen. Alle Fenster schließen. Gibt KIS nun Ruhe? (Wenn Du Fragen hast, frag.)

Hallo Christian, willkommen im neuen Forum. Kannst Du Dich daran erinnern, was genau Dir angeboten wurde? Soweit mir bekannt ist, ist KIS20 noch nicht freigegeben. Das Versionsupdate läuft normalerweise so ab: die neue Version wird im Hintergrund heruntergeladen. Ob Abfragen vor oder nach dem Download kommen, ist mir gerade nicht bekannt (war noch nie in dieser Lage). Zur endgültigen Installation braucht es aber auf jeden Fall einen Rechnerneustart. Hast Du seit den Abfragen schon einen durchgeführt?

Könnte, sollte aber nicht. Musst Du selbst ausprobieren... Ich hatte gerade noch einen anderen Verdacht, aber Deine IP-Adresse ist in Ordnung. Kannst Du mal noch die internationale Seite testen? https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com/ Nachtrag: ich konnte Dein Problem auf der deutschen Seite nachstellen und sehe da auch keine Möglichkeit. Werde nach dem Fehler suchen... Nachtrag 2: auf der internationalen Seite kommt "An error occurred during send. Please try again later." Also stimmt mit der Seite wohl gerade was nicht.

Hi Tiranon, KL benutzt in der Regel das Captcha-System von Google. Hast Du das oder die Weiterleitung darauf eventuell im Browser verboten? (Doppelpost ist gelöscht, kein Problem)

Hallo Timo Pohlmann, die Datei wird durch die Daten aus der Cloud als vermeintliche Adware erkannt. Wird da etwas in dieser Richtung mitgeliefert? Du kannst die Datei zu Kaspersky hochladen, damit die sie etwas besser "kennenlernen" können und eventuell die Erkennung zurücknehmen.
