  1. Hello Neo, That makes perfect sense and I believe all is correctly set up in my kaspersky account. FYI, the Internet Security app on both android devices is counting down the final days of the old subscription. Will this simply update to the new subscription once the old has run out? Also, the Password Manager app does show an updated subscription date near the bottom of the flyout menu under "Premium." This seems to confirm that all is well with the subscription.   3. I received the email about subscription expiration in 30 days. I purchased 3 year for 5 devices and received the new activation. I entered the activation in "add activation number." The 3 year period was activated for the primary device (my laptop) at 1097 days, but it did not ADD TO remaining 30 days. More importantly it did not extend the other devices. These still show the 29 day remaining time. I "sent" the desktop device the new renewal info, but do not have the option to "send" to the other 3 devices (2 android, 1 mac). How can I get the remaining 30 days on the laptop and desktop AND get the new activation to show on the other 3 devices? Thx.
