  1. hi, after I type pkill kpm rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/*kpm* rm -rf ~/Library/Group\ Containers/*kpm* launchctl remove com.kaspersky.kpm.bl.resolver and I restart my Mac, it works 🙂 thanks how come this issue would ever happen by the way? thanks
  2. Every time there is an error jump up when I try to log into ANY website kpm-agent-product-action:?action=DoNothing;isStartupAction=1. I use MacOS 14.0 (23A344) , Kaspersky premium what should I do? thanks
  3. @Flood and Flood's wife hello, the : THEY, it is nordvpn online support, doesnt seems too much helpful. MAC OS is the latest one 13.0.1 (22A400) and it is the KIS version

Hi, I am using Mac, and purchased Kaspersky Internet Security and also using NordVPN, VPN works fine, but when I switch on " threat protection " mode, I cant access to any website, and I have connected NORDVPN, they just sent me the tutorial in window how to add NORDVPN into Kaspersky 's whitelist by clicking " setting and trusted application, however its for window. and it is not what I want, I am using Mac, so what I can see when I turn on my Kaspersky setting is like this and also added nordvpn related file into the trusted zone please let me know how to fix the problem , thanks
  5. Problem solved after updating latest Mac OS to 12.4 (21F79) however somehow, it cant be update in a normal way. I went to Apple store , they install it via restore mode.

Hi, I am a Mac user, Mac OS : 12.3.1 (21E258) NordVPN Version 7.6.0 (190) Kaspersky internet security 21.1.0.150d.e and also subscribed Kaspersky internet security and nordvpn on my Mac and window. I can connect Internet without any problem with my window, while when I use my Mac , I cant browse any website even I reset my VPN profile. I guess maybe it is because of issues with Mac or firewall or Kaspersky internet security? thanks Sasha
