[Kaspersky keeps popping up a detection notification, Battleye.sys detected as UDS Rootkit]

So I'm a gamer and I installed some files that I want to keep as they are helping me bypass some game restrictions, Kaspersky keeps popping up the detection notification and I can't seem to get rid of it at all. It will not go away if I click ignore, only thing I can do is task manager > end task and it will go away for 5 minutes and come back up and it is forced I can't minimize it or do anything I either turn off Kaspersky or delete it to get rid of it permanently.

 

is there any other solution for this ?
