    I contacted the customer care through phone and they activated  Kaspersky Plus subscription.

    1. May we know from which site or merchant the Kaspersky PLUS subscription was purchased from please? 
    2. IF Kaspersky PLUS subscription is purchased via a Kaspersky website OR via (your) MyKaspersky account, after purchasing on the Kaspersky website, your subscription will be automatically saved in your My Kaspersky account. The activation code is not required. The subscription will be applied automatically after you download and install the application. 
    3. IF the purchase is made from another *non-direct* Kaspersky seller, they send an Email with Activation code. (you) must contact that merchant direct for any delivery issues. 
    4. Contacting Kaspersky Customer Service by Chat is quite easy, on the support page, select Chat or (you) can select Email, then fill in Order & payment issuesDelivery issue template; please include:
    • The date of the purchase and order number from the confirmation *first* e-mail. 
    • Your full name and the e-mail address that you have used for the purchase.

    I paid for an activation code but didn't receive it

    Hi ! Thanks for helping out!

    I bought it on the kaspersky website. I did look if its been added in the subscription tab. But it hasn't been added. But I recieved the email for invoice. Can you please tell me what would be the wait time until I get a response from kaspersky support?

  3. Hi. I bought Kaspersky PLUS subscription. I recieved the email for invoice. But I didn't recieve any emails for the activation or any other email. It says in the first email 

    You will receive a second email shortly with a link to access your My Kaspersky account, subscription details and installation links.

    But I didn' t recieve any. Can you please help me out ?  I looked into talk to customer support chat. Seems like a bot and was very confusing.
