Thanks FLOOD. But I cannot find where to get the refund in that link. It only allows me to “cancel” automatic license renewal when it expires, but nothing about cancelling now and getting a full refund.

I have been struggling with this issue and technical support for a year. Still no solution. Does anyone know how to get a refund? I have paid for this AV for two years and would really like my money back because I literally cannot use it. Thx
