Hello, I had allow a specific Seagate expansion external hard drive 1TB by adding it in trusted device. But when I plug another Seagate expansion external hard drive 1TB with same model it also allow it despite they have different serial number Hint: the both external drives shown in Kaspersky EndPoint Security as same device ID and device model as are single drive. 1- How can I solve this problem? 2- how can I show the serial number of each external drive (specifically for the same external drives model and size like I have) 3- Is there any kind of way to add a serial number for a specific device in trusted device?
