  1. On setting up Safe Kids (as admin) on the PC I choose my sons windows account to be monitored by Safe Kids. Under “Device Use” settings, do you have “Block device” selected for the PC being monitored? If the usage isn’t being recorded by MyKids, then for some reason the link isn’t being established between the version of MyKids and your MyKaspersky account.
  2. Did you assign/link the Windows 10 profile that your son uses to log into the PC to a kid’s profile you’ve set up with Kaspersky?
  3. Thanks @FLOOD for your quick response: I’ve always had this issue of not having the multi-modal schedule function working on this computer. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled KSK as recently as earlier today. I’ve also made sure I’ve updated to the latest version of KSK (1.0.5.6123 (e)). I’ve attached the GSI & Windows Logs file to this post.Thanks.
  4. I have three Windows 10 PCs all running Kaspersky Total Security and Kaspersky Safe Kids Premium. On two of the three PCs, the multi-modal scheduling feature is available where I can set both a daily limit and specific downtimes. However, on the third, that option is not available--I can only pick daily limit or downtime, but not both. How is that possible when all three PCs are running the same versions of Windows 10 (v2004), KTS (21.1.15.500 (a0) and KSK (1.0.5.6123 (e))?
