@Berny Valid point. I saw this MS post: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troubleshoot/message-body/email-message-body-is-blank-in-outlook that lead me to believe it was AV in this case.

Using win10 pro 64-bit and kis 21.3.10.391 (b). As of today, all Outlook 2019 message bodies are blank. Am able to copy the email message body but it is not visible in outlook 2019. The task body is also blank. Updated the 1050ti drivers to the latest version, no difference. Can you please assist?
