    @Belal Do you use vanilla OpenVPN or official Kaspersky VPN client to connect in Windows?

    If vanilla OpenVPN in Windows works, please share details about

    1. Linux OS version
    2. Linux OpenVPN client version

    Basically we supports 2.4.2 and newer vanilla OpenVPN clients with NCP enabled.

    If you refer Kaspersky VPN client, please check if it works if force WireGuard protocol in app setting. If it works please consider to use WireGuard configuration instead of OpenVPN with Linux client.

    Kaspersky VPN WIndows client by default uses Catapult Hydra protocol, right now there is no way to connect Linux device using it.

    nslookup canva.com DNS request timed out

    Попробуйте 

    nslookup canva.com 1.1.1.1

    Это особенность работы nslookup в таких конфигурациях.

    P.S. Если корневая проблема в том, что в браузере не открывается сайт canva.com и Вы находитесь на территории РФ, то к ошибкам nslookup она не имеет никакого отношения.

    На выход всегда одно и тоже IP.

    It looks like a MTU blackhole issue.

    Have you selected WireGuard as protocol in the Kaspersky setting? If yes, please change option to 'Auto'. If 'Auto' is selected already, please contact Kaspersky Support with a link to this topic, we privately ask you for additional data.

    @Alexey89 Добрый день!

    В силу технических ограничений нельзя одновременно использовать больше 1 подписки Kaspersky Secure Connection в одном аккаунте. Вы можете создать новый аккаунт, перенести в него подписку без устройств, и уже к нему подключать дополнительные устройства.

    Selects a Country, VPN shows as connected, But actually it is a different Country

    Hello,

    Google uses its own GeoIP database that cannot be corrected. Nobody knows for sure how it is populated, probably using the location service of connected Android devices.

    We are aware of this issue for some locations and are working to overcome it.

    Please use https://www.maxmind.com/en/locate-my-ip-address to check GeoIP location of your VPN IP address.

    @sputnikk При возможности попробуйте Японию, Сингапур, США Сан-Хосе или США Нью-Йорк. Скорость будет ограничена каналом связи от Вас от ближайшего магистрального провайдера.

    If issue persists, please share openvpn log. If not - "verb 5" could be deleted.

    Hi, @monx663

    it looks that you has tried to run openvpn within limited user account context. It requires elevated privileges to run properly. Try to use 'sudo'.
